Lotus is from Portland US and
after 20 years in the Bay area, she immigrated to Denmark where she
joined CPHUX after 1 month. With a background in advertisement, she
naturally moved into the UX space. Today she works at the global
agency FFW as a Senior Customer Experience Service Design
Consultant.
